Who We Are:

DA Human Mechanics (DAHM) is a Carlisle based Sports Injury clinic with an associated Academy delivering Sports Massage and Strength and Conditioning courses to various levels.

DAHM strive to develop the person, not just the injury or complaint. Education is key to success.

The aim is to reduce pain, by minimising muscle, joint and nerve pressure, restore function and develop athletic ability so you can continue to do the things you love to do.

DAHM provide a hands-on approach with appropriate use of manual therapy and corrective exercises, as well as offering an athletic performance-based programme to those who require it.
