Who is this qualification suitable for?
Those who are 16+ and wishing to pursue a career in the health and fitness sector as Personal Trainers.
Individuals who already hold a L2 Gym Instructors qualification.
This qualification educates/ trains learners to a professionally competent level, enabling them to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes for a range of clients.

Assessment Methods:
Unit 1: Applied anatomy and physiology for exercise, health and fitness, and Unit 7: The principles of nutrition and their application to exercise and health are externally assessed via a multiple choice, online exam. All other units are assessed via a mixture of worksheets, case-studies and practical simulations & observations.
